GoodLife Workshops grew from my deep respect for life’s many transitions and my lifelong love of nature as a source of wisdom, healing, and renewal. Over the years, I’ve witnessed again and again how being in connection — with nature, with ourselves, and with one another — can help us navigate even the most uncertain times.
With more than 30 years’ experience in family support, disaster recovery, and community resilience, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people in moments of challenge and change. Whether face-to-face or online, my work has always centred on creating safe, supportive spaces where people feel heard, connected, and empowered to discover their own strength.
Facilitating groups has been at the heart of my journey — from small circles to large community gatherings — and I’ve seen how sharing our stories and experiences can build resilience, restore hope, and open new possibilities.
Living off-grid and rewilding the land I call home continues to remind me that, just as the seasons shift, we too can grow, adapt, and find our way forward. It’s this blend of professional expertise, lived experience, and deep trust in the power of connection that shapes the workshops I offer.
