GoodLife Workshops

Activating Hope in a Changing World

What we do

At GoodLife Workshops, our intention is to support you as you move through life’s many challenges— those within your own life, within your family, and in relation to the world around you.

Life can be challenging. Whether this relates to relationships, roles, identity, parenting, the experience of a disaster, or the uncertainty we feel about the climate; it’s normal to feel lost, overwhelmed, or unsure. These feelings are part of being human. When we give them space, they can also open the door to growth, resilience, and even hope.

Through conversation, guided experiences and nature-based practices our workshops offer a calm, supportive space to reflect, reconnect, and gain fresh perspective — with yourself, with others, and with the natural world.

We offer workshops both online and in person. Our in-person gatherings are held on weekends in a quiet valley within Yengo National Park, on the ancient lands of the Darkinjung people — a place that invites you to step away from the noise of daily life, slow down, tune in to the the quiet rhythm of the valley and return to what truly matters.

Our Workshops

Active Hope in a Changing Climate

In a world facing ecological, social, and personal challenges, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed or powerless. This workshop invites us to respond differently — by tapping into our resilience, creativity, and collective strength.

Based on the pioneering work of Joanna Macy and Chris Johnstone, this workshop offers a practical, empowering process for navigating change and uncertainty in relation to the ecological crisis.

Nature’s Wisdom

Life can feel fast, and full with change, loss and uncertainty. This one-day nature retreat offers a gentle pause — a chance to step away from the noise and reconnect with your inner rhythm.

In a peaceful nature setting, supported by the land and the company of others, you’ll slow down, reflect, and be nourished. Through simple nature-based practices and quiet time outdoors, we’ll explore what helps you feel grounded and supported.
